What are Hertz?
Hertz are digital tips used inside Verbal. When a listener sends Hertz to a creator, that support contributes to the creator’s earnings under the Creator Program.
Eligible creators can withdraw approved earnings as real money through their connected Stripe account. You can find the current conversion rules, fees, and payout requirements in the app.

Who can earn on Verbal?
The Creator Program is for eligible users aged 18 or older in supported regions, with an account in good standing. You’ll need to complete the required identity, tax, and payout checks.
How do I receive creator payouts through Stripe?
Start creator payout setup inside Verbal. Connect your Stripe account and complete the requested verification. Once your creator earnings meet the app’s payout requirements and are approved, you can request a cash payout through the app.
Can I exchange any Hertz balance for cash?
Cash payouts are for approved creator earnings. Hertz purchased or held by listeners are for use in Verbal and do not carry a general right to cash redemption. See the creator terms for full details.
How much can I earn, and when?
Earnings depend on the support your content receives and the current program rules. Conversion rates, fees, minimum payout amounts, processing times, and any holds are shown in the app or covered by the creator terms. Earnings and payout timing are not guaranteed.
