These terms govern your use of the Verbal app and website, operated by CipherBit Corp. (“Verbal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Verbal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Features with additional age or eligibility requirements are subject to those requirements. Provide accurate account information, protect your login details, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Your voice and content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading or sharing content, you give Verbal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcribe, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service, consistent with your sharing choices. This license does not transfer ownership to Verbal.
Only share recordings, music, images, and other material you own or have permission to use. Obtain any consent required to record or share another person’s voice or personal information. Deleting content ends this license except where copies are needed for reasonable backup, legal obligations, or content already shared by others through the service.
3. Respect the community
Do not post illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexually exploitative material, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property. Do not impersonate others, send spam, commit fraud, distribute malware, bypass security measures, or interfere with the service.

5. Purchases and creator features
Any paid features are subject to the prices and conditions presented before purchase and the applicable app store’s payment, cancellation, and refund rules, together with your rights under applicable law. Creator monetization and payouts are also governed by the Creator Monetization and Payout Terms.

You may stop using Verbal at any time. Contact us for help with account closure or data requests. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requirements. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice where required by law.
